Remarks:
Nemopteridae larvae have a very elongated body and strikingly long, tubular mouthparts used for sucking fluids from their prey. They are thought to have fed on insect eggs or small arthropods—a highly specialized feeding strategy that sets them apart from most other lacewing larvae.
