Remarks:
An extremely rare fossil representative of Solifugae, an arachnid order with a very sparse fossil record. The occurrence of camel spiders in Kachin amber is particularly interesting because it indicates their presence in a Cretaceous forest environment, while most modern species live in dry habitats.
